I originally worked at MidKent College between 1994 and 2005, where I progressed from IT Trainer through to senior management, leading and establishing the commercial training arm for the College. I returned back to MidKent in 2015, originally as Director for Enterprise and Employer Engagement.
Now as Deputy Chief Executive and Executive Director for Employers & Corporate Services, my role here has the responsibilities of Human Resources, Payroll, ICT, Apprenticeships, Marketing and Data Protection.
Outside of College, I am Chair at Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce, where I lead on the portfolio of skills.
