How much will a full-time course cost for me?
Tuition is free for all 16-18 year old students on full-time further education (FE) courses.
There are no examination/registration fees for students who are aged 18 or under on 31 August prior to the start of your course except under certain circumstances (eg re-sitting exams).
Will I have to pay for a part-time course?
Many of our part-time courses are also free for students aged 18 or under on 31 August prior to the start of your course. Please check the symbols against the course you have chosen.
Will I have to pay the full cost for a higher education course?
There are no fee reductions for students aged 16-18 who are enrolling on higher education (HE) courses, however the government does offer student loans for these courses. For further information on Higher Education Loans please see the HE symbol under Concessions and Student Loans.
