Looking for a customer service apprenticeship in Kent? Earn while you learn at MidKent College.

Customer Service apprentices often work in the public facing side of a business. Regularly assisting customers, they are vital to the success of any business.

Duties will vary between sectors, but in most cases you’ll be making sure that customers are dealt with in an efficient and professional way - whether that’s by offering advice, answering questions or handling complaints. You’ll also need to feel confident and calm working under pressure.

You could work in a range of roles such as service co-ordinator, customer adviser, or project manager, interacting with a diverse group of customers and clients.

What will I learn?

How will I be assessed?

Your dedicated training officer will assess most of your learning in your workplace. You’ll also be assessed in English and maths at a level to suit you.
