What will the apprentice be doing?

• Assisting the Management Accountant with ad hoc projects
• Processing of creditor payments
• Supplier and account reconciliations

As part of the role, you will be required to assist and support the accounts team with the following duties:

•  Input Purchase Invoices and Credit Notes onto the Finance System (Zoho Books)
• Use the CRM System to assist in the reconciliation of Supplier Accounts (SugarCRM)
• Complete Bank Reconciliations
• Consult with Suppliers for any missing invoices for Supplier Queries
• Assist the Management Accountant in ad hoc Duties
• Becoming familiar with Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

• Level 2 Accountants or Finance Apprenticeship Standard
• Functional Skills in maths and English if required
• Development of knowledge, skills & behaviours required to complete the Accountants or Finance Standard
