What will the apprentice be doing?

• First port of call with our telephone enquiries
• Dealing with booking site visits
• Running our works calendar
• Dealing with email enquiries
• Liaising with clients
• Assisting the engineers / surveyors with producing their reports
• Keeping the files in order and updated

Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard:

• Functional Skills in maths and English if required
• Development of knowledge, skills and behaviours required to complete the Business Administrator apprenticeship standard
