What will the apprentice be doing?
● Provision of general administration support, such as printing and
binding for all teams and SMT, including the Managing Director
● Organise travel and accommodation, and book meetings and
lunches
● Assist with social value activities and reporting
● Assist with answering incoming phones in a polite and helpful
manner
● Assist the Bid Team to produce quality bid submissions including
EOI’s, SSQ’s, PQQ’s, tenders and interview documents
● Produce structure charts and assist with the preparation and
maintenance of case studies
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Training schedule has yet to be agreed. Details will be made available at a later date.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
To progress further in the support team, offering support for
administration duties and help with bids.
