Humanities covered a diverse range of subjects, perfect to gain the knowledge needed for my future goals. I had studied Level 2 Humanities the previous year and thoroughly enjoyed it.

I have learnt a great deal in all the subjects that are within the Humanities course, I started this course thinking I wanted to be a social worker, but right from the beginning of the course, I realised there was so many other opportunities out there, with this course opening so many other doors for me. Humanities as a whole is fantastic, gaining a greater understanding of people and the world we live in has been great.

All my tutors are amazing, they all have their own unique way of teaching, which in my personal experience find it makes each lesson exciting. I cannot wait to get into class and learn something new. They are very supportive, making sure we understand everything required of us. They are very reassuring when I have moments where I think I may not up be up to the task ahead, giving me the confidence, I need to achieve my goals.  I honestly could not ask for better tutors, they will be thoroughly missed and always remembered, their support and guidance has made me grow as a person massively.

They have been speaking in depth of what will be available for us after and the whole university process, which I admit felt really daunting at first. But with their help, everything ran smoothly, and I have already received offers for all three of the courses that I had applied for.

I originally came back to MidKent College in 2021 to do my GCSE English and Maths and Level 2 in Humanities. The College was local and offered great opportunities for adult students. I definitely recommend it even if you unsure on what path you want to take after. This course covers so much, you will almost certainly find something you are passionate about during your time doing it.
