I’m currently doing year one but hoping to go onto year 2 with a distinction. My favourite part of the course is setting up the events, I like doing more physical activities rather than sitting in front of a computer.
I personally would like to run a business of my own one day. I chose MidKent College as the College offered what I wanted to do, and sixth form didn’t.
My tutors have prepared us for a career in the industry by preparing us for real world settings in the classroom e.g. entrepreneurship and enterprise. The teachers do a really good job of teaching us the units in a way that I understand.
After this course I want to pursue games art and progress as far as I can as I want to run my own business one day.
I really like that we learn multiple things such as finance, marketing and art and design. We learn how to manage all of these areas in our course. I also believe it will help us be ready and prepare us for that environment.
I would recommend this course to people who are interested in running their own business. It teaches you so many different skills in different areas, I feel like I’m learning more than one subject due to the variety of topics.
