In Spring 2022 MidKent College will be launching a new Community and Skills Hub in the Mall, Maidstone offering courses and training in a range of areas including food hygiene and digital skills.
Designed to support young people and adults not in employment, education or training, the Hub will also help to contribute to the economic prosperity of the local area.
The College will be working with partners including Infozone, CXK, Porchlight, Open Road and Bemix, to provide a central base for different training, advice and support services for the local area.
MidKent College will be offering courses in the following from the Hub:
- Bookkeeping and computerised accounting (in conjunction with SAGE)
- Certificated Work Skills Programmes
- Employability
- Essential Digital Skills
- Food Hygiene
- Skills Development
- Online Courses
