Fran Keaveney is an apprentice on the Business Admin Level 3 apprenticeship course and works for Keaveney Contractors.
Sarah Keaveney, Fran’s employer at Keaveney Contractors said: “Francesca demonstrates a solid working knowledge of office management within our construction company.
She consistently produces high-quality accurate work alongside excellent written and oral communication skills. She has taken the initiative to improve our social media presence and marketing. We have seen a strong improvement in Francesca’s confidence when dealing with our clients, and her capability to work alone or as a team member has flourished.
Otolola Lasekan, MidKent College apprentice trainer said: “Fran lacked prior experience in the administrative realm, which initially left her feeling somewhat inexperienced and uncertain. However, her determination to succeed remained unwavering. Despite encountering obstacles along the way, Fran exhibited remarkable resilience and perseverance by focusing on the outcome of her journey. Fran exemplifies determination in the face of uncertainties, demonstrating a commitment to excellence. Fran is always willing to learn and goes the extra mile to help others. Through her dedication and tenacity, Fran has transformed into a highly proficient administrator, confidently undertaking various administrative responsibilities at work. Her proactive approach, coupled with a strong work ethic, has enabled her to excel in her role and embrace her apprenticeship with enthusiasm. She has an explorative mindset and has contributed fresh perspectives and innovative initiatives to her organisation.”
Fran said: “Since working for Keaveney Contractors I have gained a lot more confidence in myself and experience within my role as they trusted me with multiple different responsibilities and allowed me to network with new clients and customers. My knowledge of the company, office management and business admin has grown immensely, and I am very thankful for this award.”
