Lance: ''Coming to MidKent College straight after school and starting my apprenticeship has been a learning curve that has taught me confidence, determination and time management. It has given me a good mindset. Working with my hands to make projects and see the before and after gives me great joy, but I am also learning from my failures and improving next time. The course has given me a great enjoyment for the trade to progress which makes me want to go above and beyond when completing tasks for the best output. MEP have supported me throughout the course making sure that everything flows smoothly.”
Congratulations Lance.
