Last week we were delighted to collect a Platinum Healthy Workplace award at the #ABetterMedway awards in Rochester. It's been such a beneficial journey for us over the last few years as we've progressed from our initial Bronze award.
As proud as we are to collect this, we're even prouder of the hard work and determination that's gone into building a workplace where our staff feel valued and supported so that they can be in the best position possible to support our students.
So to those involved in making sure that we have the right policies in place, who work hard to provide a positive working environment for us all, who organise our training and wellbeing programmes, who link us us with community partners to help and advise us, and to those who get alongside colleagues to check in and see if they're doing okay - thank you 🙌 .
